Healing of God has come to me differently than what I expected

JEHOVAH-ROPHE "The Lord Who Heals" Ex. 15:22-26. From "rophe" ("to heal"); implies spiritual, emotional as well as physical healing. (Jer. 30:17, 3:22; Isa. 61:1) God heals body, soul and spirit; all levels of man's being.

Jer 30:17 For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the LORD, because they have called you an outcast: 'It is Zion, for whom no one cares!'

Isa 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;

I was so disappointed by the fact that God didn't heal me my Thyroid cancer before taking a surgery for it. However, when I think about it now, I see that I would have never come to Hawaii to do this counseling school, which I am doing. God has been revealing so much of things in my heart, which I didn't recognize the need of healing before taking this school. I needed much emotional healing and spiritual freedom as much as I needed physical healing.

The thought that I have just got is that perhaps it has already been in God's heart to bring healing to me not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually. Now, I have got much deeper level of healing. It might be just me trying to put everything into a special meaning. Yet, I am thinking why not to think this way...

It is awesome for me to taste God's sweetness as getting more and more of His touch everyday.

Thank You Lord!!! You have always a better plan for me than myself. You once again showed me how faithful Your love toward me is.

Thank You JEHOVAH ROPHE! You are the healer!!!
